Jill is the Director of Early Talent Programs at Insperity. She holds degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Tarleton State University, and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Prior to Insperity, she worked for a global enterprise and then owned her own staffing business. She has classroom experience, too, as an instructor for Rice and UHawaii. Ms. Chapman partners with Insperity to recruit and retain early talent. She is often asked to deliver relevant observations on workforce trends and employer best practices through presentations, webinars, podcasts, and articles in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fox Business, and NPR Marketplace.

Career Highlight

"In order to enhance the Gen Z candidate experience, we’re in the process of revamping our career website to include an early talent landing page, enhancing our early talent social media messaging, and exploring RippleMatch technology to increase sourcing, create virtual events, and better manage invites and post-event messaging. Combined, we’re better able to showcase our company culture and EVP, demonstrate our commitment to employee growth and learning opportunities, and increase efficiencies throughout the recruiting process.
