In her role at CLA, Jessie is responsible for leading the firm's campus recruitment strategy across the United States. This strategy aims to establish, nurture, and maintain impactful relationships with Colleges and Universities. The goal is to build awareness about CLA's professional services opportunities, educate University leaders, faculty, and students about accounting profession trends, and identify talented professionals who share CLA's purpose of creating opportunities for our clients, our people, and our communities. The CLA campus strategy also includes educating high school students about the accounting industry and providing distinctive internship programs. Jessie is passionate about helping students find their inspired careers where they can be their authentic selves.
