"This year, our approach shifted to engaging and supporting early-career hires. We reimagined career fairs to be a student-centric experience, including creative elements like easels with large testimonials, interactive iPads and QR codes on cocktail tables, and clothing racks to showcase product. The innovative setup attracted students, leading to long lines, giving us the chance to encourage joining our Talent Network for continued connection. Additionally, we maximized school visits for development workshops with function experts, hosted an on-site headquarters tour, and participated in discussion panels. The remarkable result was 236% increase in internship applications, showcasing our expanded brand reach and recognition."
