Jessica is the creator of the Landing Fellows program, a two year advanced fellowship for new grads, career changers, and early career professionals. Jessica connects with colleges and community organizations across the region to encourage more students and career changers to consider a career in tech. She is passionate about the incredible and diverse talent pools in the South, and works to prove that Birmingham is a tech career destination.
