In their role at The Estee Lauder Companies, Jessica is responsible for managing and leading the Lauder Summer Internship Program. Jessica and her team hire across corporate functions and brands and work to support early career talent at ELC. Prior to Jessica's role leading the Internship Program, Jessica supported full-time hiring within corporate functions at ELC. Jessica is passionate about working as a recruiter and loves having an impact on building future leaders and a diverse workplace for the company.
