"Over the past two years, I have changed our Early Talent Recruitment process by updating our recruiting strategies. Students don’t have the most experience when applying for internships, but what they do have is drive, integrity, and involvement. I aim to change the narrative of how managers perceive early talent applicants and opening their eyes to involvement, rather than the jobs they have completed. Taking a chance on a shining star student who is heavily involved in campus and community life allows us to bring talented and caring individuals into our organization. We have since grown our Early Talent Programs in the last two years to include over 100 students that have brought innovation into our organization and have been converting over 80% of students into either full-time roles, or part-time student roles while they continue to complete their academic degrees."
