After spending 5 years in higher education, Jessica made a career shift and currently serves as Lithko Contracting's first Early Career Program Coordinator. She is passionate about Early Career Talent development and strives to enhance the program through data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. By collaborating with Lithko's ATS, Jessica implemented a beta test of a more user-friendly pipeline that ensures accurate data-keeping. After demonstrating her interest in employer branding, she became a permanent partner of the marketing team and connects talent initiatives with marketing strategy. In under a year, her cross-functional projects have measurably improved Lithko's talent programs.

"My work centered on leveraging technology to improve the candidate experience, data-driven decision-making, and efficiency. I've learned new skills and programs including SQL, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Talent Insights. Collaborating with our IT team and local administrators, I developed a streamlined approach for onboarding early career hires to ensure technology needs are met on day 1. I regularly run LinkedIn Talent Insights reports and synthesize the data to provide recommendations for recruitment and employer branding.
