Jessica's newly-created role was designed with the intention of centralizing the CMC’s early career recruitment efforts. Upon starting in this position, Jessica was tasked with identifying career fairs at schools across the country, including HBCUs and HSIs, and coordinating with local HR teams to attend and form associations with the schools and programs. Throughout the spring '22 semester, Jessica has helped identify and coordinate over 35 career events nationwide, allowing CMC to expand its reach and connect with students across the country.
