Talent Acquisition Program Specialist

Jessica is the Talent Acquisition Program Specialist at Commercial Metals Company. In her role at CMC, Jessica is responsible for identifying various recruiting and community outreach opportunities across the country geared toward early career candidates. She is also responsible for assisting with the Core Development Program, which provides recent graduates with knowledge of the steel industry and prepares them for future leadership roles within CMC. Prior to her role at CMC, Jessica attended UT Arlington, where she recently completed her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Career Highlight

Jessica's newly-created role was designed with the intention of centralizing the CMC’s early career recruitment efforts. Upon starting in this position, Jessica was tasked with identifying career fairs at schools across the country, including HBCUs and HSIs, and coordinating with local HR teams to attend and form associations with the schools and programs. Throughout the spring '22 semester, Jessica has helped identify and coordinate over 35 career events nationwide, allowing CMC to expand its reach and connect with students across the country.
