Jesse is a Recruiting Manager at McMaster-Carr. In his role, Jesse is responsible for overseeing the attraction and assessment of management candidates. Prior to his time in recruiting, Jesse worked in a variety of operational and project management roles where he honed his people management skills and gained an inside perspective on what makes McMaster-Carr a great place to work. Jesse is passionate about creating a fantastic candidate experience and using data to continuously improve it.
Career Highlight
Jesse and the team he supports spent the past year improving how candidate information is tracked, summarized, and leveraged for decision-making. Gaining better visibility into the candidate pipeline, and using historical trends to determine what might happen in the future, has allowed the team to attract top talent, meet hiring goals in a highly competitive marketplace, and deliver one of the most diverse cohorts in company history. Based on the success of this work, Jesse is expanding the practice of insightful recruiting analytics company-wide.
