Jenny leads early talent recruiting strategies and programs for Land O'Lakes. She has spent 19 years in Human Resources with most of her work in the early talent space. She's previously worked for Thomson Reuters and Accenture; she been with Land O'Lakes for the past 10 years. Jenny's drive for continuous improvement and innovation empowers her team to create countless engaging programs for their organization. Jenny loves seeing a need and figuring out how to work in a creative way to address it.

Career Highlight

"This year we leveraged our relationship with the MANRRS (Minorities in Agriculture and Natural Resource Related Sciences) organization to begin a journey of shifting from a talent consumer to a talent creator mindset with our college relations team. We brought together key stakeholders at Minority Serving Institutions and other industry partners, to discuss how we can together, increase diverse representation in the agricultural industry. As we began our journey for this summit, we developed a scholarship program and hands-on learning experiences for underrepresented incoming sophomore students. These future leaders gained awareness of opportunities within corporate agriculture, and grew their professional skillsets and their excitement for the industry."
