In her role, she is responsible for finding top talent for the summer internship program and assist with planning the activities for the summer programing. Prior to Santander, she was responsible for full-time recruiting with Mr. Cooper and Rushmore Loan Management Services. Jennifer loves connecting talented college students to amazing internships. It’s rewarding to help students find their careers and to help build the further workforce.

"I collaborated with our employer branding team to enhance our internship career site, making it more engaging. Additionally, we collaborated on marketing videos that showcased our company culture and intern engagement. To further assist candidates, I provided helpful interview tips into my communication when confirming interview appointments. For those that needed extra help, I provided coaching sessions to provide support to help them prepare for the interview."
