Jenn Prevoznik McNamara (she/her) is responsible for ensuring that SAP is positioned as the employer of choice for students and graduates. With 1,000+ interns and 600 Early Talents hired in 2020 across Canada, Latin America, and US, her team is focused on attracting the brightest talent of tomorrow. Prevoznik McNamara also oversees global strategy, university engagement model, headcount/demand planning, hiring, and internship conversion and programming. She is passionate about driving SAP’s inclusive culture to enable each student and graduate who joins SAP to run with purpose.

Career Highlight

To upskill and attract high school students from underrepresented backgrounds, Jenn and her team launched a virtual preinternship program in Q1 2021. These students can to learn about different career pathways and develop hard and soft skills that are directly required by SAP and other employers, while adding these experiences to their CV/Linkedin. Once completed, participants receive a certificate and apply directly for roles.
