Jennifer Newbill is the Director of Emerging Talent Recruiting supporting our largest and most complex region, North America. Within this organization, Jennifer and her team are responsible for branding the company as a great place to work; specifically with the student and recent grad population. Engagement with multiple vendors to create a seamless process as well as a variety of diversity and educational organizations, partners and universities is critical to the team's winning success! Prior to leading the University recruitment team, Jennifer was with the Global Talent Acquisition COE (Center of Excellence) leading Dell’s global Candidate attraction, engagement and experience. Jennifer and her team managed the global employment brand strategy.

Career Highlight

This year, Jennifer and her leadership team successfully rebranded their org from University Recruiting to Emerging Talent' promoting the large remit and services that they now provide. This rebrand also included an extensive restructuring across her team allowing for the ability to build deeper and more meaningful relationships with the various business units they support. These changes have been positively received by their stakeholders and there is great excitement for the next season!
