Career Highlight

Jennifer has dedicated her career to working with entry-level talent entering the workplace. She has developed successful strategies to educate, attract, mentor and guide students and to provide an inclusive and equitable culture for all employees. Her greatest joy is seeing those around her succeed. She is passionate about campus and diversity recruiting and has worked with numerous non-profit organizations to broaden the pipeline of talent in financial services. She is also passionate about bringing additional value to her firm by co-leading the DEI Alliance, serving as a culture champion and ensuring her own team grows and thrives.
