Jennifer Newbill is the Director of University Recruitment at Dell Technologies. In her role, Jennifer is responsible for the intern, campus and diversity strategies spanning North America. Jennifer has been with Dell Technologies for 17 years and has been in a variety of Human Resources roles including Recruiting Manager, regional and global project and program management and leadership development and training. In her last role, Jennifer led Global Employment Brand and Talent Attraction for the company. Jennifer is passionate about opening up pipelines in new and creative ways that provide all candidates the opportunity to work for Dell.
