Jenna Roland is a Campus & Early Career Engagement Manager for Schneider, with over 14 years experience in the Talent Acquisition space.
In her role, Jenna attracts high-caliber, diverse university-level talent to Schneider Electric, leading projects like the Schneider Electric Internship Program and Schneider Go Green student challenge, bridging connections between innovative students and a meaningful career at Schneider. Jenna graduated from TCU's Neeley School of Business; she’s a baseball coach's wife and mom to three small children. Jenna is a strong advocate for wellbeing and work-life balance and believes in the power of positivity.

Career Highlight

Jenna created a centralized Schneider Internship Program for North America that offers interns a sense of community, exposure outside their day job, and opportunities to enhance their career development. In 2021, the program consisted of ~350 US and Canadian interns for Schneider, and in 2022, the program will include over 650 interns in the US, Canada and Mexico. The program includes an all-intern series of weekly meetings to introduce Schneider content, leaders and career development topics, engaging challenges to put intern learnings into practice, and facilitated networking opportunities.
