During her three years at Polaris, Jenn has centralized early talent recruitment practices and processes across six functions. To enable centralized recruitment, Jenn has crafted in-depth inclusive campus training for recruitment teams across the organization. During the pandemic, she built out a virtual development road map for entry-level talent and partnered with the business to provide a playbook and other tools to effectively support virtual internships. Her proudest accomplishment is growing and training Polaris' Early Talent team to enable elevated candidate and university relationships during a busy fall recruitment season. This team hired one of the most diverse classes of intern talent in Polaris history and was recognized for Excellence in Early Talent Hiring by RippleMatch.
