Jenifer Karlinski - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Jenifer is a Director in Talent Acquisition at Zuora, a technology company leading the Subscription Economy by empowering companies to build, run and grow customer-centric modern business models. As a Director in TA, Jen is responsible for all recruiting activities for North America and Central America across all lines of business for the professional level, early talent recruitment initiatives, and Zuora’s internship program. Jen has over 10 years of experience in recruiting both within the agency and corporate space. Prior to joining Zuora, Jen spent 8 years at SAP in various areas of recruiting and initially began her recruiting career at Robert Half International. Driven by Zuora’s inclusive and high-performing ZEO and People First culture, Jen is passionate about coaching and developing her team to give them all the tools, remove barriers, and support them in creating a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates and stakeholders.

She came to Zuora a year ago and from the ground up helped us build a thoughtful, inclusive, and strategic Internship Program where one did not exist previously. We are proud to be hosting over 30 interns in the US this summer with an intern-specific program inclusive of: internship benefits, robust onboarding, swag, intern manager enablement, team building events, lunch & learns for professional development, intern surveys, etc."
