Jen is the Director of University Recruiting at Okta. In this role, Jen is responsible for providing the vision, leadership, planning, and execution for Okta’s global early career talent strategy. Jen has a long history of University Recruiting and has spent her career building and leading teams at Tableau, Visa, WaMu, and RealNetworks. Jen loves working with students and is passionate about helping them launch their careers. In her spare time, Jen enjoys sailing, road trips, and live music.

"As a leader in early career and university recruiting, my proudest achievement is definitely growing and developing my team. I care deeply about each person’s professional growth and I’ve loved watching team members start as Recruiting Coordinators and evolve into senior members of the team. I believe in empowering each person to do their best work, to find balance between work and home (including taking time during the day to go for walks), and to celebrate both professional and personal wins."
