Jeff Gaspar is a Director of Talent Acquisition with Horace Mann Educators Corp.; the preeminent provider of Property & Casualty, Life Insurance and Retirement products to K-12 educators across the country. Jeff manages a team of 10 Talent Acquisition professionals, has constructed a robust, candidate experience-enhancing tech stack and continually searches for new technology to make job searching easier for candidates and the TA team. Previous to Horace Mann, Jeff owned a resume-writing firm, lead a team of headhunters in the specialty chemical and machine tool space, and worked for AIG in their TA department.
