Jeanie Arciaga - Nominee for Rising Star Award

Throughout her career, Jeanie has demonstrated a passion for helping people. As University Programs Manager at Roblox, Jeanie is excited to help students find opportunities where they can have the biggest impact and to ensure everyone has a memorable experience. What Jeanie enjoys most about campus recruiting is the opportunity to share the story of Roblox and to support students as they build their careers. Prior to Roblox, Jeanie was a staff member at UC San Diego (her alma mater!) and coordinated campus activities that fostered diversity and inclusion, including New Student Orientation, Student Leaders Conference, Admit Day, and others.

Career Highlight

In light of the impact of COVID-19 on the student community, Roblox increased hiring efforts for the Summer 2020 Intern Program and successfully pivoted to a virtual program model. Jeanie's unwavering commitment to supporting students and creating memorable experiences was instrumental in helping students feel connected to Roblox's unique company culture and community remotely. As a result of these efforts, Roblox was nominated as a 'Top 100 Intern Program in the US' and even achieved a 100% conversion rate among interns who received a return offer.
