Jasmine Riley is a Sr. Manager of Early Talent and University Relations at Gilead Sciences. In her role, she is responsible for the summer internship cohort experience, Gilead's campus recruiting teams at 26 target schools, and strengthening relationships with key partners to grow the diversity pipeline of top talent within early talent. Jasmine is very passionate about creating a first impression and internship experience that uses proven best-in-class practices to attract and retain early talent.

Career Highlight

With the decision to move back to an in-person summer internship, Jasmine has created a cohort experience that engages over 10 locations of interns across the US. Her hybrid approach allows access to a summer full of events to ensure interns get exposure to a preview of Gilead's culture. Some of the programming includes virtual ERG panels, Executive speaker series, and fireside chats with former interns who are now EMPLOYEES. Not only are there opportunities to learn, but each location has fun and engaging activities and networking opportunities. Jasmine also encourages peer networking through intern communication channels and learns what means the most to the interns for a meaningful internships by polls and surveys.
