Janelle Cochran is the Director of University Recruiting at Rock Central. Rock Central is a services company supporting Rocket Mortgage and their portfolio of companies. In Janelle’s role she leads three different teams engaging, recruiting and retaining intern and entry-level talent. She started at the organization back in 2015 as an intern and is actually the Director of the team she started on today! She has a strong passion for early career talent, helping match passions with careers and showcasing what Detroit and the Family of Companies has to offer!
Career Highlight
In summer 2020 when all companies were canceling their internship programs, Rock Central embraced the change. Rock Central pivoted and had a virtual internship program for 600+ interns across 15+ of their Family of Companies. That summer, Rock Central received the best intern experience engagement survey results they received in history!
