Jamie Lewis
Senior Manager, Early in Career

Jamie Lewis is a Senior Manager of Early in Career Programs at Alteryx. In her role, she is responsible for designing workforce development programs aimed at transforming the next generation of leaders. Since joining the company in 2019, the team has stood up a global internship program, new grad rotational experience, and will be launching a returnship program later this year. Prior to Alteryx, Jamie built, elevated, and scaled early talent programs at small-to-large tech companies like The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Facebook, and Qualcomm. A self-proclaimed equality advocate, Jamie is passionate about approaching work through a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging lens. Democratizing access to career opportunities for emerging leaders is a challenge that must be solved.

Career Highlight

In just three years, under Jamie’s leadership, the Early in Career team grew the internship program ~20x from 5 U.S. interns in 2020 to 107 global interns in 2022. They also launched new career offerings such as an 18-month rotational Associate Product Manager Program for recent grads and will kick off a Returnship Program later this year. Jamie is most proud that Alteryx’s core value of equality continues to serve as the team’s north star when it comes to driving their recruitment and engagement strategies. DEIB guided their school agnostic approach to recruiting, lead to their adoption of structured interviewing and use of inclusive language, influenced the nature and content of engagement events, and dictated the partners and vendors they collaborated with along the way.
