Jacquelyn is responsible for developing and executing the early-talent strategy which includes identifying, attracting, hiring, and leading a pipeline of early talent who will be prepared and ready to fill future critical roles in order to efficiently and effectively meet Highmark Health's growing and dynamic business needs. Prior to this role, Jacquelyn holds 9 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience across multiple industries.
