Jacquelyn is responsible for developing and executing the early-talent strategy which includes identifying, attracting, hiring, and leading a pipeline of early talent who will be prepared and ready to fill future critical roles in order to efficiently and effectively meet Highmark Health's growing and dynamic business needs. Prior to this role, Jacquelyn holds 9 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience across multiple industries. She is passionate about influencing the future workforce and being a part of an individual's career path!

Career Highlight

When COVID-19 hit, Jacquelyn had to shift the enterprise intern program completely virtual and really hone in on a new innovative approach to intern programming. A micro-internship program with 130 Interns was offered in 2020, with a 12 week program in 2021 for 120 Interns.
