Multi-Faceted and Thoughtful Approach to University Recruitment
Infineon Technologies has been growing in the Americas, and has been planning a university recruiting strategy that includes diverse institutions. The team attends both virtual and in-person career fairs, as well as sponsors labs and works with faculty to provide research and capstone course support. Once an intern is onboarded, they receive additional support over the summer from the University Relations and Programs team in order to engage with more interns across the country. The company is focusing on continuing to strengthen Emerging Talent.
Standout Candidate Experience
Emerging Talent at Infineon Technologies focuses on the student life cycle and looks to find candidates on a global scale. The team has programs for recent graduates in each region such as the Regional Graduate Program that allows for USA based rotations to the International Graduate Program that allows for Global based rotations. Infineon's goal is to provide a solid internship experience so to hire into their recent college graduate roles. The team has a Student Survey to gain insight into their experience with the company to find ways to improve.
