Higginbotham's Talent Operations Team works to ensure an intern and early career recruiting strategy that provides value to both the candidate and to the company. The team focuses on providing accurate information, engaging events, timely communication with applicants, engaging past participants to serve as ambassadors for our programs and following up with potential recruits. The team strives to provide an experience that cultivates curiosity, questions, and growth.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
Recruiting diverse, young professionals is a priority for Higginbotham. The Talent Operations Team actively attends HBCU career fairs, partners with NAAIA and other underrepresented background organizations, and is passionate about connecting with and hiring a diverse team.
Impactful Internship Program
Higginbotham's summer internship program strives to provide a number of diverse learning opportunities in a fun, growth-centric environment. These opportunities include community involvement, client and carrier exposure, a learning from leadership series, a group project competition, and more. In addition, Higginbotham continues the conversation after the program is over by engaging its interns in future career fairs and/or helping them find additional learning opportunities with its partners in the industry.
