The team focuses on providing accurate information, engaging events, timely communication with applicants, engaging past participants to serve as ambassadors for our programs and following up with potential recruits. The team strives to provide an experience that cultivates curiosity, questions, and growth.

Higginbotham's summer internship program strives to provide a number of diverse learning opportunities in a fun, growth-centric environment. These opportunities include community involvement, client and carrier exposure, a learning from leadership series, a group project competition, and more. In addition, Higginbotham continues the conversation after the program is over by engaging its interns in future career fairs and/or helping them find additional learning opportunities with its partners in the industry.
