Heather is a College Recruiter at CarMax. In her role at CarMax, Heather is responsible for hiring interns for Technology, Accounting, and Product, as well as hiring for our full time Technology Academy. Outside of hiring, along with her team, she is responsible for helping to coordinate a top tier internship program. She is really passionate about hiring students with diverse backgrounds and helping them to see their full potential during their time at CarMax. She also loves building relationships with different universities and CarMax business partners.
