Heather Mehta is the Talent Acquisition Lead at Go Nimbly, a RevOps consulting firm. In her role at Go Nimbly, Heather is responsible for sourcing and recruiting the top revenue operators. Prior, Heather was the second recruiter at a Series A start-up recruiting for all GTM functions, specializing in sales, customer success, marketing, operations and account management. She has a sweet spot for the B2B start-up tech industry because of the pace and need for constant growth. She’s experienced in recruiting professionals globally from China, India, and the UK and more recently, Latin America and the US. She is passionate about treating all candidates with respect and ideally helping them find a job along the way!
Career Highlight
"I was hired as the first campus recruiter at R1 RCM to create and implement a campus strategy for their inaugural two-year rotational program for new graduates. Hired in August, I quickly identified our tiered list of campuses to target, hosted on-campus and virtual events, and attended career fairs during the fall semester. As a result, we filled 92% of the program by the end of December and established relationships with seven universities."
