Hayden Prelaz is a College Recruiter at CarMax. In her role at CarMax, Hayden is responsible for recruiting for their Analyst internships and early-career Analyst Rotation Program openings. In addition to recruiting, Hayden also supports the execution of the internship program and college events. Prior to her role at CarMax, Hayden was a Staffing Specialist and Project Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Hayden strives to make connections with college's career services and college liaisons to get direct access to students to share more about CarMax opportunities.
