Harrison Andes is an Associate Director, Campus Recruiting Leader at Guidehouse, a global consultancy. In his role, Harrison creates and implements the enterprise-wide campus recruiting strategy to lead the hiring of a highly-talented and diverse group of interns and full-time consultants. Prior to his role at Guidehouse, Harrison was a Manager in Campus Recruiting at a mid-sized consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Illinois, and a Master of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Harrison is passionate about helping young professionals kickstart their careers.

Career Highlight

Throughout the past three years, Harrison led the Guidehouse Campus Recruiting team to hire its largest intern classes consecutively year-to-year. While leading his team to support Guidehouse’s growing Campus Recruiting and Intern Program needs, Harrison also motivated leaders to value hiring, coaching, and converting summer interns into future Guidehouse team members. Harrison’s advocacy for campus and early career hires resulted in Guidehouse extending conversion offers to 90% of the summer interns in 2021, which exceeded program goals. This focus on hiring top talent at the earliest stages of their careers, and supporting their entry into the workplace upon graduation, is a key example of Guidehouse’s culture and commitment to building the next generation global consultancy.
