Harrison Andes - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Harrison Andes is an Associate Director, Campus Recruiting Leader at Guidehouse, a global consulting firm. In his role, Harrison creates and implements the enterprise-wide campus recruiting strategy to hire a highly diverse group of Interns and full-time Consultants. Prior to his role at Guidehouse, Harrison was a Manager in Campus Recruiting at a mid-size consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Illinois, and a Master of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Harrison is passionate about helping young professionals kickstart their careers in consulting.

In 2020, Harrison led the conversion of multiple legacy intern programs and recruiting efforts into an integrated, enterprise-wide strategy. After successfully adapting the summer internship program during the COVID-19 pandemic into a virtual experience, Harrison proactively spearheaded the implementation of RippleMatch at Guidehouse.
