"As an Early Talent Recruiter at Atlassian, I'm fortunate to help develop and implement the 'Atlassian Interview Ready: Virtual Student Prep Series' to support Gen Z candidates in their job search. This seven-part series offers tailored workshops and Q&A sessions to assist students in preparing for the fall recruiting season. By focusing on their unique needs and challenges, I aimed to create a supportive environment to boost their confidence and readiness.
