Hallice is the Early Career Program Manager at Avery Dennison. In this role, Hallice is responsible for the total program oversight and setting a strategic plan for the early careers program (ECP). Apart from setting the strategy, Hallice owns the overall DEI strategy for the program with a strong internal focus on inclusion and retention. Hallice has over 10 years of HR/TA experience and was a teacher prior to coming to Avery Dennison. Career Highlight

"Over the last few years, our program has made significant strides in our DEI journey. We have focused on building relationships with HBCUs, local chapters of diverse organizations like NSBE and Esperanza, and building relationships with students in an inclusive way across all of our partner schools. Through these relationships, we focus on providing support through soft skill building and engaging the students for internships or full-time roles. I believe that all pathways to creating a more diverse organization begin with inclusion, so the program has strong ties to our ERGs. Our ERGs engage with our student population by providing mentorship and community. These efforts have increased the diverse population of incoming students by 15% and our retention rates remain above 80%."
