Hali manages Campus Recruiting and University Programs at Roivant Sciences. She is responsible for optimizing the deployment of ~30 rotational analysts to meet Roivant's business needs while ensuring that each analyst receives the right set of opportunities to support their immediate objectives and overall long-term professional goals throughout the 24 month program. Additionally, she leads the entire life-cycle of analyst recruiting. Hali is passionate about motivating, developing, and coaching individuals early in their career.
