"Over the past recruiting season, I played a pivotal role in optimizing our interview recruiting process by implementing standardized templates for all interview request forms, facilitating the smooth submission of over 250 accurate interview requests across 10 different roles, each managed by distinct hiring teams and requiring tailored interview guides and rounds. This initiative significantly contributed to expediting the interview process, enabling candidates to proceed through assessments promptly, and maintaining a short recruitment lifecycle—an aspect highly valued by Gen Z candidates. Furthermore, I crafted templates aimed at engaging with talent, ensuring a customized and high-touch experience for candidates sourced from various DEI programs and conferences. This strategic approach has enabled our team to communicate more efficiently and accurately as we manage a large pool of candidates all at once."
