Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment

The Campus Recruiting team at Guidehouse is passionate about recruiting the next generation of future leaders. To kick off the recruiting season, the team leveraged the RippleMatch Events platform and created a series of virtual events open to students at any university. Prospective candidates were able to “Get to Know Guidehouse” and interact with a panel of early career hires before diving into subsequent Spotlight Sessions highlighting career opportunities and the day-in-the-life experiences in Guidehouse industry and business segments. The Campus team also works strategically with a network of universities, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HCBUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), to deepen relationships and position the organization as an employer of choice. In addition, the Campus team guides internal staff to foster connectivity with students and alumni networks across the globe. Focusing recruiting efforts on both the micro and macro levels allows the team to ensure early career talent from any university can pursue a career at Guidehouse.
