Gracie is a Talent Acquisition Leader at UKG and is responsible for developing early career programs aimed to prepare students succeed in the workplace. For the past 10 years Gracie has led recruiting programs in Finance, Sales and Engineering. As a recruiting leader she has designed, planned, and executed strategies to hire top talent. She is strong advocate for early career programs that empower students to explore their potential and launch long term careers.

Career Highlight

During COVID, the UKG early career talent team rallied to find quick and effective solutions for their internship programs. These programs are instrumental for students to gain meaningfully experience and sets the path for long lasting careers. UKG recruiters redesigned recruiting strategies, partnered with business leaders to create virtual programs, and supported students through the entire process. Gracie is immensely proud to lead a team of recruiters who successfully impacted the business and students’ lives.
