Grace Williams is the Director of Early Talent and Internal Mobility at Palo Alto Networks, the world’s leading cybersecurity company. Since joining the company in 2015, Grace and her team have grown the program to cover not only recruiting, but campus relations, internship programs, and robust multi-year new graduate programs to help support hundreds of hires throughout the globe each year. Grace is no stranger to University Relations; before joining Palo Alto Networks, she spent 9 years building a career in UR at a diverse range of organizations, including eBay Inc, NetApp, and Boston Scientific.

Career Highlight

Grace knows the work done in the early talent space is critical in building diverse, high-achieving teams. This last year, her team increased efforts in recruiting through a variety of DEI partnerships, online platforms, and outreach strategies. These diverse sources increased hiring of URG, especially women in tech, where Palo Alto Networks officially has more women than men joining them this summer! Grace could not be more proud of her team.
