Grace Williams - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Grace Williams is the Director of Early Talent and Internal Mobility at Palo Alto Networks, the World’s leading Cyber Security company. Since joining the company in 2015, Grace and her team have grown the program to cover not only recruiting, but campus relations, internship programs, and robust multi year new graduate programs to help support hundreds of hires throughout the globe each year. When she’s not being the fearless leader for her team, you can find her jumping into program events to show the interns her family lizard, Rockstar, or chasing one of her three kids around North Idaho.

Career Highlight

Grace knows the work done in the early talent space is critical in building diverse high achieving companies. This last year her and her team increased efforts in recruiting through a variety of schools, online platforms, and outreach strategies. These diverse sources resulted in a student cohort where 49% of the 200 Summer 2021 interns identify as women. Next year, the team is shooting for 30% URM talent and will continue their efforts to build the most diverse cybersecurity company in the world. Grace could not be more proud of her team!
