Grace Kolzow is the Team Leader for Talent Acquisition Programs & Pipelines at Southwest Airlines. Grace launched her career in Talent Acquisition, and has found her area of passion in the early career space. Grace now leads the Team focused on campus and early career talent strategy, as well as additional programs focused on building a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for Southwest Airlines. Grace has a passion for making internships accessible to all students by removing potential barriers and focuses on identifying early career opportunities at Southwest Airlines for learners from alternative learning programs.

Career Highlight

Grace came into her role as Team Leader when the team grew from 5 to 16 regionally-based team members. Grace has committed to uniting and empowering the team by hosting team-building events and strategy planning sessions. The team now has defined specializations and a clear organizational structure to impact the talent pipeline. Avoiding silos, the regionally-based team is cross-functionally trained to support all of the various program needs. This structure has led to streamlined partnerships and new roles, such as an early career DEI strategy role.
