Grace is the Manager of Campus Recruitment at American Airlines. In her role at American Airlines, Grace is responsible for leading a small but mighty team of recruiters who source top early career talent from colleges and universities across the U.S. to feed the entire AA organization. Prior to her role at American Airlines, Grace worked in many commercial and consulting functions across American Airlines, Pizza Hut, Delta Air Lines, and PwC. Grace is passionate about investing in the futures of young talent.
