In her role, Giselle is responsible for creating a comprehensive recruiting strategy across 8 countries, partnering with a talented team of Early Careers Leads and Recruiters. Prior to her role at JLL, Giselle served as the National DEI Recruiting Lead for Deloitte.

"My proudest achievement as a Global Early Careers leader is witnessing the remarkable growth and evolution of our exceptional recruiting and programs team! This year, the team flawlessly coordinated across time zones, leveraging the power of technology to launch the inaugural Global Early Talent (GET) Conference! The conference reached 11 countries and over 1,000 prospective candidates – exposing them to the wonderful world of Commercial Real Estate careers. At the heart of this effort was a hyper-focus on ensuring inclusivity and diverse representation from underrepresented communities in each region. I am constantly filled with optimism and excitement about the future of our journey as a team!"
