Giselle is an industry-recognized Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion executive with a demonstrated history of creating and executing talent pipeline programs, identifying and managing external partnerships, and guiding recruiting teams to success. She currently serves as the Global Head of Early Career Talent for JLL and is responsible for developing and executing a global early career strategy. Prior to her current role, Giselle was a National DE&I Recruitment lead for Deloitte. A DE&I advocate at heart, Giselle's personal mission is to break down barriers and create space for others to succeed.
