Giselle Battley is a Director of D&I Strategic Partnerships and University Relations at JLL. In her role at JLL, Giselle is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with external diversity organizations to identify, recruit, and retain high-caliber diverse talent. Additionally, Giselle spearheads JLL's university and D&I recruiting strategy for the Americas. Prior to JLL, Giselle was a National Diversity Equity and Inclusion Recruiting Lead at Deloitte. Giselle is passionate about creating a high-touch and authentic candidate experience. She is also a strong advocate for ensuring an equitable recruiting process.
