The team crafted a diverse set of virtual events and communication avenues available to students at universities across the country, ranging from info sessions to workshops, etc. Additionally, they planned strategic virtual communities via Handshake and Yello for additional interaction and networking. Beyond events, the team invested in their former interns to act as ambassadors and spread the word about awesome internship opportunities which greatly enhances the pipeline while meeting diversity goals.
