Geralyn Gregory is the Talent Experience Partner, University & Diversity Programs at Campbell Soup Company. Geralyn joined Campbell’s in 2015 after working for GE Healthcare as an Executive Assistant and HR Administrator for over 20 years. Her ability to connect with people on all levels fuels her passion to motivate and inspire students on their early career journey while providing a world class candidate and onboarding experience. Geralyn enjoys attending college and university career fairs, meeting and interacting with students, and coordinating and facilitating intern events. Geralyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Strayer University with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

Despite the challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, Campbell’s was among the first of companies to say 'yes' to continuing a summer internship program while operating in a 100% virtual environment! With the changing times, the University Recruiting Team quickly adjusted and committed to providing an internship experience that would leave a lasting impression on the next generation of Campbell Talent.

The Campbell University Recruiting Program showed steady growth over the last two years – with 60 interns joining the program, virtually, in 2020 to welcoming 100 interns into the Summer 2022 Internship program across the organization. The team engaged students from over 44 universities across the US. Campbell’s University Recruiting team looks forward to continuing to offer a great program for students looking to develop their careers and make a difference!
