Gabby Figueroa - Nominee for Rising Star Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Gabby is a Recruiter on the Early Career Team at Alteryx. She is responsible for both recruiting and building programs. Gabby recruits for Interns, for New Grads for Alteryx’s Associate Product Manager (APM) Program, and for Returnships. On the programs side, she is responsible for building out and leading both the APM Program and Returnship experience. Prior to their role at Alteryx, Gabby worked at Northrop Grumman and EY on their Early Talent recruiting teams. Gabby is unapologetically obsessed with challenging the way we think, and support, Early Talent.

Career Highlight

Gabby has built out and led programs that are the first of their kind at Alteryx, including the Associate Product Manager (APM) Program and Returnships. Gabby's initiatives range from supporting and partnering with Product Leaders in making the APM Program vision come to life, to recruiting with a school-agnostic approach, all the way to Cohort 1 kicking off in 2022. Gabby has created an 18-month, rotation experience for Alteryx to foster emerging leaders within product by giving them a chance to explore their passions. This program will support APMs in their career through mentorship, leadership exposure, workshops, and more!
