Career Highlight
"I have collaborated with my team to host over 15 virtual and in-person events, including info sessions, career fairs, and campus recruitment, engaging with over 1,300 candidates from diverse backgrounds, including Gen Z, Hiring Our Heroes, and Latino communities. Together, we conducted screenings to align candidates with current job opportunities. Additionally, I developed a professional development session, set to launch in 2024, to support the growth of our RippleMatch community."
